Torsion Bars
Im looking to get some torsion bars in the car in the first half of this year.
What should i expect as far as install prices go?
Do torsion bars wear? could used ones be just as goood?
30mm is equivalent to 400lbs spring rate?
I would just almost want to go as big as possible to prevent me having to do it over again once its strickly a track car.

Well, I'll throw my $.02 in. I write this with the assumption that your suspension is stock.
Just installing larger torsion bars without changing rear shocks or anything up front will result in a lousy ride. Shocks are valved according the associated spring rate (or in this case the effective spring rate of the torsion bars.) You can't change one without changing the other, not to a large degree anyway.
The front and rear spring rates also must be compatible. Just boosting the rear rates without changing the fronts (assuming the fronts are stock) will cause handling issues.
Personally, I wouldn't do anything suspension-wise piece meal. Save your money and do it all at once as a system. I think you'll be much happier, and possibly save yourself some money in the long run.
