I hoping that I can get a reference to a good, honest, reliable mechanic near El Monte, CA, or just one in the San Gabriel Valley. References would be good, or and a member of the BBB.
My 944 always has something to repair. Now it's dead windshield wipers, and who knows what's next?
My last mechanic attempted to repair my Transmission, and $2G later, only to discover it wasn't the transmission but a blown differencial. So, another $1,700 to fix that. What a waste of time and money. And, the darn thing is still not fixed right.
