Default Engine refreshing

Well it's getting around the time to put the 968 engine into my '83, and I wanted to make it brand new before it goes in.

The story on the engine is that it has one burned exhaust valve, so it needs them replaced.

I figured I would get the whole thing torn down, cleaned, blueprinted/balanced and painted before it goes into the car.

What methods are recommended for the 968 engine, is it any different than anything else? Would a hydrosonic cleaning be good for the block/other parts?

Would blueprinting/balancing be worth the money? I'm willing to spend a bit of cash on this engine to get it done right the first time.

Thanks for any input
