Default New dme and 02 sensor

Alright, so going though the car again this weekend I noticed/remembered that the PO cut off the 02 sensor. This does not really affect the early DME to much at all, i think it just makes the car run a little rich partial throttle.

However, how will a late DME be effected by no O2 sensor?

late DME does not need the o2 either. However sometimes the idle will roll a bit when warm. What I mean is it will be stable for 20-30 seconds then raise up then down over 5 seconds. Then back to normal. Annoying, but not a problem. I did reconnect my O2 to avoid this. Remember I have an 87 DME in my 84 chassis.
