Default removing o2 sensor

Anyone have any recommendations for removing the O2 sensor? I have tried WD40, but the damn thing will not budge. It's really starting to **** me off.

Buy an O2 sensor removal socket before you round the nut on the old sensor.

I heat the collar it screws into with a map gas torch. I get it just start glowing red and then it wii turn. Be careful where you point the torch.....
