Default Heater Vaccum Hose Goes... (86, 944)

Okay. I cannot find where this should connect to. We have the blower motor in the car, the windshield wipers installed and all ready to go. But the vacuum hose that goes between the two control valves (one on each side of the blower) come together at a Y junction. I don't have any other loose vacuum lines that I can see. The PET diagram is a little sketchy since I cannot see where items #9 are in relation to the rest of the car.

Here's the pic. Green is the vaccum line I have. BUt at the Y-junction, the blue hose is unknown to me.

Where can I find the blue hose, and where should the greens be run to connect to it?

I recently replaced my vacuum lines under there.
The line between the two control valves connects
to a T. The vertical part of the T connected to a
plastic nipple on the base of the blower housing
closer to the passenger side. What your pic shows
in blue must be where that line goes from the
underside of that nipple in the blower housing.
I'm 2000 miles from my car.
Otherwise I'd take a picture for you. I hope this
makes sense.
