so i was checking it out yesterday...Whenever I hook up 87 87b 30 it makes a clicking noise once. So I investigated the noise...

I disconnected that sensor (idle vacumm sensor?) that is coming out of the big vaccum line from the intake mani and that stopped clicking. Then I found out that my injectors were clicking too so I disconnected them and now something else is clicking under the manifold...whats the deal with that and is that normal?

I am really baffled by this problem...

So Im getting power at the DME relay but no power at the fuel pump

What is in between the the DME relay and the fuel pump?

Does anyone know the routing of the wire?

So do you for certain get 12 volts to terminal 30 of the DME Relay? The DME Relay has its own wire straight to the battery (at least in the 951 wiring diagrams I have). On the 3 pin jumper you made, perhaps does pin 30 wiggle? It might be getting poor contact inside the fuse/relay board.

Did you check if the fuel pump fuse is getting power to it like I suggested earlier? If so, then check the connectivity of the wire from the fuses to the pump, also a likely suspect would be the connector by the fuel pump. The wire runs up from the connector by the fuel filter into the hatch and then to the front of the car along the drivers side of the car (I believe, this is from memory)
