I most commonly hear 'fyooks'. I figured it was pronounced 'foochs', but I say '*****' for simplicity, and so I don't sound like I'm showing off what laughably little I know of German pronunciation.
The s is not to denote pluralism, it's part of the name like Rrrockhound said. It's like Charles. It doesn't mean there's two guys named Charle.
