Made a German Shepard bark today..
Well, it may have been a cocker spaniel 
, but my new Magnaflow exhaust and high flow cat sound really good and I have a clean bill of health from the California Dept. o' Motor Vehicles. My trusty early AFM and DME did the trick from a fail to a very green pass - shudder and all.

Not sure. This guy puts exhaust systems on all my cars. Always does a great job and the price is right, so I never ask. Lame but I am happy to ask for you though. This one is 2.5 inches, all I know. Here is a quick pick I took two blocks from the shop.... Really bad angle.
