Ummm, the front diff is in the driver's seat. They felt no pain, guaranteed, probably not enough time to be scared either. That car is ****ing hurt! Just in time for the hollidays too, how terrible.

Honestly... that's how I want to go.
75 years old Flyin down an abandoned road, at 150mph in my Porsche 9xx and just have a chaotic wreck into something amazing.

I dont want a boring peacefully in my sleep death.

Dont take that to mean I think what happened was just cool or something stupid. They were very young. I was just saying, thats how I always hoped I would go. Just not for a long long while.

^ have you ever seen what the people inside the car look like when they are killed in a crash like that? Your family won't be having an open gasket ceremony.

that really sucks, but I'm not really suprised. With all these super fast sports cars it's not that shocking that someone is going to drive way too fast and get killed.

Anyone watch Spike TV last night? The show "Disorderly Conduct" was on...it showed a video from a police cruiser stopped on the interstate for a guy in the ditch in the winter. When a flat bed tow truck pulled up a 944 turbo lost control coming towards them on the other side of the hwy and spun out across the grassy median and whacked the tow truck so hard it spun it sideways!

I'd say the driver was toast.

YEP... that is because the 944 can't get to a "high rate of speed"!

It's sensationalism by the media to convince others not to speed...

Recently, a beautiful young girl took her dad's Porsche 911 and wrecked at over 100 mph...and fotos were posted in Rennlist OT of half her head, blood draining from the car, etc. Fotos were so controversial and disturbing that they were pulled. However, after looking at them, there aren't many who would not drive more cautiously.
