I've heard good things about Bar's leaks coolant conditioner. Personally I've used there radiator conditioner in 2 of my cars, supposedly it helps repair small imperfections that form over time. The beater parts truck my Mercury Mountaineer is going on 100k without problems with this stuff in the radiator.
