I really like that look too, I'm contemplating maybe doing that to my turbo front end. Boy wouldn't that throw the guys at the track for a loop!

heh, the snub nose can only be done on the N/A

as for advise... all i can say is when you drill the strut, Make sure your looking AWAY from it while doing it. also dont wear clean clothes and be outside. its gonna spray everywhere. mine sure did.

I can back up what Cass is saying about wearing eye protection and being ready for a fine mist of oil spraying all over the place. After you drill them out, put the shock upright against the ground or on a 2x6 and get a mallet, then procede to beat the crap out of the shock to compress it.

I also Like the snub nose look. I did mine by cutting the end off from the bumper shock and rewelding it where i liked the look

sweet idea.

I actually drilled mine but left them uncompressed, then put the bumper on. once i had it bolted in i put the e brake on and then pushed the bumper in. otherwise you will have to remove the lower air dam to access the bolts.

with mine you have the impact of the small welds that I put on to give up first..I only use my car on thebtrack now so it really does not matter.
