Default N/A stroker kit

Has anyone made an actual kit for this or is it all custom built? 2.7 L is what i often hear about, but the search button didnt help. Does any company make one for a 8valve?

There's not really any point IMO. For all the money involved you could just go turbo and make so much more power for relatively cheap. Heck, even the n/a 3.0l's don't really make very much power as far as most modern 4cyl's go.

Chris White does Darton sleeved 944 blocks w/ JE pistons. You could always get higher compression pistons with it since it's all custom anyways. Also, Lindsey has done some testing on coated Wiseco pistons in the stock Alusil sleeves and had decent results. Check it out Here There's no reason you couldn't get them in a higher CR with the same coatings. Those are the only options I can think of.

2.7l is a stock motor - 89' cars only and it is achieved with more bore, not stroke. For the stroker kit, if you get a 3.0l crank and set of rods from a 968 or 944s2 you will make a 2.8l out of your 2.5,
