Default help removing 968 rear hatch switch

I am removing my interior in preparation for installation of a cage and am down to the drivers side carpet as the last piece to remove.
I am stuck removing the rear hatch switch from the sidewall carpet.
Do I just force it to pop out with a screwdriver?
txs

I would assume its the same as a 944 and it just has some little metal clips that hold it in place. You should be able to pop it out with a screwdriver.
