UPDATE:

light rain is expected to begin and end overnight - the sun will shine, it will be cool (60's) and breezy.
I will be at the start and ready to run.

The only thing that can get ruined tomorrow is the wax.

Richard,

If you have a front seat available for me I'd love to hitch a ride...If it's the back seat I'll have to think about that for a while :-)

I enjoyed meeting everyone and the weather couldn't have been better. Lunch at Jimmie's was also pretty decent.
What happened to our "photographer" ...?

I'll post the only photo that I took.

Hey Guys,
Sorry I didn't make it this morning. I was working on the car late lastnight, rebuilding the p/s pump, replacing the p/s belt and sway bar bushing. I took the car a spin around the block for a test drive and my alternator belt started squeeling and a 1/4 mile later was toast. I got to Autozone just before it closed and picked a new belt up and put it on in a real rush. My shop is 30 minutes away in Gastonia, the belt started squeeling again before I got home. The tension was way loose, don't know why just yet cause it was fine when I installed it. It was almost 11:00 when I got home lastnight. I was not mechanically ready for the 130 mile tour. Talk about FRUSTRATION !!!!
My $ 1800.00 camera was ready for some good pictures by the way. Sorry Guys.

Had a great time out there everyone!

Richard - thanks for the ride! I owe you one in either my S2 or the next P-car in my garage.

Peter - thanks for keeping me out of the cold!

See you all the next time!!!
