what battery do you keep on buying? if its a walmart "neverstart" battery, that could be the problem. the symptoms you are describing are exactly what was happening to my 944 when i bought a cheapo walmart battery.

does the top of the blower not come out seperate from the entire unit...?

sucks... man what if one had to replace that thing? I would gladly do 6 timing belts and a clutch before getting that whole thing out of there

we'll see what happens tomorrow. not looking foreward to getting that bell housing off again... can i pull the engine with it still on? i've never tried it that way

is it worth it at all to have the A/C syste in the car... It hasnt worked since i have owned it and ive been quoted a LOT to fix it... would it make a big differance if i sold the car? to have it in thee or to have it completely eliminated with a nice shiny CNC bracket?

I think its coming out.

btw i can not figure out how to get the wiper blade motor out form under the windshield... the blower fans and the fuse box are all up in my way.

no, taking it out because it has 200k miles on it and it still has the stock headgasket, oil pan gasket, bearing, and also i have a few ideas for the engine bay... so the car will at least sell for a little more when im done with it

more money to go towards my turbo
