Default Rear Wiper Motor Help please

My rear wiper motor just stopped working. On the motor there are 3 wires, brown, black and green. With the switch off the brown reads 0 volts (ground), black = 0 v and green = 12v. With the switch on, the lines read: brown=0v, black = 0.6v and the green 12v. I was expecting the black to be near 12v also, but it's not. Before I get a replacement motor, do you have any suggestions? Also, I'm not sure if there is a fuse associated to the motor...if so, where is it? I checked all fuses in the fuse box and none are blown. The only fuse related to wiper motor is 24 (or 26?) and I believe its for the front wiper...

Thanks for the help

I don't know about the 944, but my Volvo wagon's rear wiper used to blow diodes. Is there a diode to check? Just a thought.

On a side note, how do I remove the rear wiper motor?

Just unplug it. Then remove the wiper nut. And just push it through IIRC.
Its pretty straight forward after you take the wiper arm off.
