I think GTRacing makes a FG/CF gauge panel for late models. It is us early 8Valvers that have little in the way of accessories.

I'll take those LEDs off your hands!

That dash looks awesome... I will definitely do that to my next 944.

Actually I'll take the 3.2W bulbs too, for my 968. Let me know how much to ship to 92507. Maybe I'll just come to pick them up.

I want to get a 931 and convert it's dash to be completely custom, employing a gauge cluster just like yours. I think I'll stick with the 924S gauges I've gathered over the years... maybe silver bezels too!

Nice custom touch. Do you have any other pics of your car?

FR, I will send what I have to you. I only have a couple of those brighter bulbs (NAPA has them). I do, however, have a complete set of the direct fitment led bulbs which I will send you at my pleasure. I will also send any incandescent bulbs I have. I bought the LED's from someone who developed them and sells them on ebay. Let me dig them up and I will get them out to you in the next few days. PM me your address. Getting the existing lights out of the multigauge is the only hurdle (small one).

Mike, I will go through my paypal records and find the bulb guy. He was very nice and helpful.

As far as pics on my car go, I have to get my rims to fit before I feel comfortable with posting pics. The only custom touches on that end are a 931 hood, a 951 FG twin vented nose (which does not fit perfectly), a 968 hatch, and a 951 rear valance - all in that rare Guard's red. All stuff everyone has seen a gagillion times.

Again, thanks for the nice words.

FR, I will send you my silver gauge bezels too. One of them I painted, as I munched one of the bezels (you can't tell once ) but all of the others are aftermarket that replace the existing bezel. That makes such a big difference -especially on black with white letters/numbers. Let me get it all together and I will mail it to you sometime this week. For anyone else, painting the outer bezels with aluminum colored paint looks and works great. I also recommend replacing the conical lenses with flat round ones that a glass shop can cut or a speedo shop. However, some people like those cones. I also always hated the faux silver paint job on the 944 clusters - 924's to the rescue.

Spoke to Henry, the dash maker today. In the next couple of weeks I will leave my car and he will make a mold. The plan then is to make a few in CF and see what comes next. Maybe an autometer wiring kit or two. Anyway, thought some early and 924 folks might want to know. It really depends on how much Henry wants to do all of it, it is his business after all. Thanks. I'll keep you posted.

That sounds great. If you can get some pics posted on a website I can forward them to several 924/31 guys. You could spend some time on 924board.org since they all have the early dash.

I like the diamond plating around your shift lever also!

That looks just too sweet! Even a "plain" panel without the gauge holes cut would be nice, I could do my own meter placement then..
