can anybody tell me if the bonnet and front panel off a 924 turbo will fit on a 85 944 lux ??
any other bits needed off the parts car ??

is the dog-leg gearbox a good upgrade for a 944 track car ?

The bonnet will fit, but the front panel will require a little work to remove it (it is tackwelded on) and then install on your 85 Lux. I can't recall if you guys acrossed the pond got the late-dash cars (with the bolted on front panel) in 85 or if you got it in 85.5 like we did here in the USA. If it is the bolt on panel on your 85 Lux, that will make the job a little easier as you won't have to go thru the headache of the removal process on that one as well.

The dogleg gearbox is known to be stronger, but I don't know about how it will bolt up and fit. Someone who has done that actually themselves would need to give you the proper answer.
