Maybe it's an S2 and someone stuck a turbo badge on it?
.

Nope, not possible. See what I wrote above about the differences between that one and a factory cab.

Yes, another tell-tale sign is the front windows- or at least from what I can tell in the pics- it appears that it does not have the forward triangular window- I'm pretty sure Porsche did that for window stability, since convertibles do not have the full outer window frame, so they add a vertical strip up front, creating a little triangular window, like S2/951 cabs. Several of you picked up on some other very subtle clues too- cool...

Rock- no, turbo cabs did not have airbags- at least none that I've seen pics of- that's b/c they were released in other parts of the world- I'm not sure why Porsche put AB's in all '87+ US cars- the US didn't do the stupid mandatory airbag deal until the late 90's... I'm in the middle of a dash swap to get rid of mine, but you know that, since I'm using YOUR dash... Trying to decide on color- considering a deviating scheme, but not the same as factory- want to keep black carpet & ceiling, but light upper & lower dash, console, & full door panels :-)
