Need help with 920x tension tool.
Got my 920x from arnnworx today and wanted to test it out. I turned the motor to tdc turned anticlockwise about 1.5 teeth by turning the crank anticlockwise and the long side went pretty slack.
I had already tensioned using the kricket last week and had set it to 40 pounds on the long span of the belt when it was turned 1.5 teeth back.
so now I used the arrnworx tool at first I didn't get how the reference bar goes on because I was looking at the first pic in his manual and it looked like the reference bar is suppose to stick out but then I figured out that the reference bar is suppose to be fully under the belt.
also I'm not sure if I'm reading the gauge correctly but it looks like you're suppose to read the long long part of the pointers not the short end.
anways I followed the calculations and I adjusted the tightness of the belt and I had to make it much less tight..... I did not use the kricket again but it will most lilkely read at 30 pounds ormaybe less when the long side is slacked out due to turning the crank anticlockwise.
Now I can easily push the belt to touch the belt guard and it feels super loose.
