Default Exhaust hanger question

How many hangers are supposed to be on the car? What I see in the PET diagrams is totally different from what I have on my exhaust. PET shows a hanger in between the cat and the manifold, another attached to the flange behind the cat and a third attached to the muffler. On my car there is no hanger between the cat and manifold, the hanger is attached the the flange at the rear of the cat, and there are two hangers welded to the muffler. My exhaust fell off because the middle hanger wasnt there but am I also missing a front hanger?

Assuming an NA, your assessment is accurate on hanger location as shown in PET.

If you have a factory cat for an n/a, the hanger portion is welded into the exhaust just like the middle hanger. Post a picture and we can tell you whether you have a factory exhaust or someone "bypassed" the hangers in an aftermarket exhaust.

Its an OEM exhaust. I dont have the car right now (having roll bar and seats installed) just the exhaust that fell off. The hangars are all OEM parts from what I can tell. They use a hook on the car and a hook in the exhaust joined by the little black rubber bushing. Im just confused why I dont have the hangar before the cat and why I have 2 on the muffler. I guess Ill be amking a trip to the fab shop on thursday to take a look.

Just had a buddy check his 924 and now I understand. The hanger on the manifold side of the cat is attached to the y pipe itself which is why I didnt see anything on the cat that fell off.
