Central door lock question

If ya mean with the key...no just one side at a time. Are both supposed to lock together even using the key?

Yes, have you tried locking with the key from the passenger side and see if it locks the driver side?

If it doesn't work also, then either you have 2 micro switch defective, 1 on each side, or that module you got does not work. That's all I can think of.

Sysgen, The CLS switch is a single throw switch with a red light in it. press once and it locks all doors, press again and it unlocks the doors. If not you may have a problem with the module. I had a problem similiar to this and took the module out and resoldered the board and viola everything was back to normal. Another note. if you have to replace the microswitches in the door handles makes sure you test them before putting the door handle back in the door. It is easy to get them in reversed and makes the lock / unlock work backwards.
