Default Boge Shocks

I ordered myself some new rear shocks for my '89 944S2 and had been expecting to receive standard Koni's. Just got the delivery and got two surprises, firstly they are Boge shocks rather than Koni, and secondly one is Black and one is yellow!

Two questions -

- anyone got views on Boge shocks (are they worth keeping) (just checked and the description on the website wasn't specific - I foolishly made an assumption without realising)

- any idea if yellow vs black makes any difference on these (despite looking strange with two different colours). The model number stamped on the side is the same.

Cheers

Greg

Yellow shocks were usually Koni. I don't think Boge has yellow shocks. The Boge ones are either grey or black.

Default Boge Shocks

Yeah thats what I had thought from looking around old posts, but they have Boge clearly stamped on the side and have teh same part number. Came from a reputable shop too (although questioning that now that I found they are different colours!). All very strange.
