1982 931 info.
I am looking at a '82 931 for a parts car. Here is my question. I found one very cheap and the guy said it needs a battery and a tune up to start. What sort of problems should I look at on these 931's for? I understand 944's and 924S', but these 931's are a new ball of wax for me. Advice please!

The car probably needs a lot more then a tune up and battery, but the 82' 931s are rare cars.
Usually 924/931s will need the fuel system replaced and check the timing belt because the 931s are interference engines.
Also, check to see if the car is a late model 82' 931 with a 944 ventilation system which would make it worth more.
