Default Fluids queestions

The haynes says to used Dexron II in the power steering and the autotrans, can I use Dex III as I cannot find dexron II?

After I put my engine back together and begin to break it in I shouldn't use synthetic right? Just 15W50 dino oil?

And here comes a really stupid question...
How much brake fluid should I order if I am going to do a complete flush? I know no one can give me an exact number just looking for an estimate.

Thanks!!!

Dex III will be fine in the p/s. Brake fluid at least one quart, maybe 2 if your system is dirty and you have to flush more.
