Hello RennList!
I'm looking forward to increasing my 944/951 knowledge here, as i hope to own one in about a year, maybe more if i go to germany for a year of school. So you might see me trolling around, asking for advice, etc.
I recently purchased a 1991 Bmw 318is and i used to and still drive a modified 2002 Subaru WRX, the family's car that now has 300hp/ft-lbs, suspension, brakes, tires, etc.. The BMW is a great car, weighing in at less than 2480 lbs it doesnt stop turning with bilstein sports, h&R race springs and falken azenis. It will never be a 'fast' straight-line car, but i can take corners in that little guy faster than a lot of newer porsches. But after driving the Subie, i know i will eventually want more power and not sacrifice quality or handling...
Anyways, i know i need a 951. Badly. I'm thinking Guards Red, maybe black. I love german cars, rwd, and maybe the most, turbos. so what better car than this? i've always loved them and hopefully i can own one soon, keep the 318is as a second car and go from there.
cheers,
Marty

Welcome Aboard Marty
There's an amazing amount of knowledge here that will save you bruised knuckles, $$$, and gett caught in a jam if you decide to wrench on your car.
Jeeze Eyal, let the guy get in the door at least.

Welcome marty!
As a fellow subaru owner you may NEVER sell that wrx.. unless you buy a race 951 with $texas horsepower and let me drive it![Wink](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
951's are great cars and I'm sure one is in our future.
