Default 16 x 8 11et...

I purchased of set of 16 x 8 11 et wheels for my 1986 951 track car. The seller told me they were 23mm. Will this offset work on the front of my car with running 3.0 neg camber and rolled fenders? I have the car in the air and no tires mounted, but visually, this does not look to good...

While a 7" wheel requires a 23mm offset, the 8" wheel actually requires a 11mm offset.

If 8" wheels will work on your car, you have the correct offset.

when I had CCW wheels made this spring, they used the 951 "rear" rim dimensions with a offset of 23mm. Clears both front and rear. The "new" 11mm offset rim appears to hang out of the fender slightly, but keep in mind the car is off the ground. I know on the 1986 944 turbo both the front, 16 x7 has an offset of 23mm and the 16 x 8 rear also has an offset of 23mm, difference being the rear rim has a one inch wider lip...
