I am getting ready to put a couple of Black Vinyl and cloth Seats up on ebay but figured I would give my fellow Rennlisters first options.

The drivers seat back release latch does not work and the seam on the bottom cushion is seperating a bit and a small tear. The passenger seat has a small hole in the back of the seat.

I am asking $250.00 plus shipping for the pair of seats or a reasonable offer

Are you sure it's leather, or vinyl? I've never seen a seat that had leather and cloth, but I haven't seen a whole lot of seats.
