What about that pan under the engine? Do NA's have those?

I suppose if we're noting everything, don't forget the front fenders and header panel.

If you mean the belly pan/skid pan, then yes they do, atleast my 84 does.
EDIT: o2 sensor. (I think) And fuel lines.

How about the big black plastic one? I believe that's a turbo only item.

lol, got ya. J/K But seriously when the hood is shut, the engine is pretty much sealed in there. When I get home from a drive I always pop the hood to let the engine cool.

Its easier to use your bottom end if you want. The balance shaft has a bolt where the oil feed line goes (MAKE SURE YOU VACUUM THE LOCTITE OUT OF HERE!!!!) . You just unscrew it, and screw in the factory banjo - the early NA has to be drilled and tapped for this.

Your oilpan should also have a bolt in the driver's side where the oil drain for the turbo goes - unless it was broken and replaced with an earlier one.

I would probably use your bottom, because the crank, mains, girdle and block are identical to the turbo's- and yours has never seen any stress whatsoever with only 92 horsepower and 26 FT/LBS going through it.
