Default Electrical Issues!

I have an 1986 944 turbo and I have been having some electrical issues. It was fine and then one day the driver side door is not working with the central locking system, then my dash clock went out, then I discovered a whole slew of things. My passenger side door doesn't lock with the central locking system now, then I found that when I turn the key off the clock goes out, I open either door and the clock goes out, I open the hatch and the clock goes out, I push in the cigarette lighter and the clock goes out. And every time everything is shut and the clock is on it restarts from 1:00 or 0:00. What could be the problem everytime I get in the car I feel that time is going nowhere. What is the deal

Without thinking too deeply on this I'd say the best place to start is cleaning all grounds. They are responsible for a host of electrical gremlins.
