Angry partwerks warning

just found out my right control arm (ball joint) that was rebuilt by partwerks fell apart with less than 3,000 miles on it. The shop that is fixing my ac just called me and said the cap and spring are missing from the bottom. so i
just ordered a kit from rennbay, this was not available when i had the
job done a couple years ago... Hopefully the arm is rebuildable and knowing
rennbay, it should be of much better quality....

I understand your anger, but...

Have you contacted Partwerks?

Sure, it's a big mistake but I'd be curious to see if they would make any effort to rectify such a glaring problem.

For what it's worth, my cap and spring popped off after i rebuilt it too, of course that was my mistake for not having the c clip perfectly seated. People make mistakes.

Partwerks sucks though, sorry you missed the memo.

I just hope you don't have to return anything to them... it took me 2 months to get a door handle repair piece when the original them shipped me was damaged in shipping...

their kits out when i needed the arms rebuilt...
