Default DRIVERS side foot well leak.

Yes thats right, the drivers side footwell is damp, I knew before that I had a very slight leak from the clutch master, but I had taken care of that already. I noticed the sopping wet carpet this morning, right after getting a fair down pour of rain all night, so I'm pretty sure its water, not brake fluid. Anyone have any ideas where it could be entering the car?
I do have to admit though, driving on slick city streets is pretty fun . I just moved in from a rather remote area further north, I have not driven in the city with 90 degree corners and wet roads in a couple years.

Check the drain by the fuse box. it is identical to the one by the battery tray. It is probably clogged.

Check to see if the firewall around the clutch master is cracked. Lean under and pull back carpet etc. Also make sure the big grommet with all the wires in it is seated properly. Windshield may be another place to look.

Good luck,

Yah, it was the drain that was plugged up. I didn't even know that the driver's side had a drain, I thought only the battery tray did
Thanks guys
