if my gas cap fails and i still have the OEM one with the lock, and i dont feel like adding more keys to my ring (getting another locking cap), can i get one keyed for my key at the dealer? or should i just swap a new cap for the test and go back to the OEM locking one so no one takes my precious precious 91 octane?

Steve- i swear to God, my mission tomorrow is to find a banjo bolt.
i thought i'd get one from ShApE, but he's not parting out yet, so i'm gonna go 5150 until i find it.
i will overnight it from washington DC if i have to.
back on subject- what difference does it make if you dont lock it?
my gas cap is keyed for my ignition/lock key.
i always lock mine. i did get gas stolen out of the '84 once.
thank God they didnt just poke a hole in the gas tank itself or something.
