I would use Dynamat extreme especially in the area around the spare tire. That area resonates like a drum. I also used it and some thick felt on the sides of the car above the cubbies.
Note that the dampening of the Dynamat will continue to improve with more layers, so I'd consider putting down a couple layers on everything. The dynamat stops body panel resonance and the sound from traveling along the body panels. Foam and Felt absorb sound in the air so really a combination of something to dampen the body panels and something to absorb the airborne sounds is the trick.
Also the area of the body just to the rear of the doors generates a lot of noise as well. If you pull the rear speakers lay down a layer of dynamat and then put some felt or foam over that. I think you want some air circulting through there so don't over do it.
Lastly, I have an aftermarket carpet with a Porsche logo that fits in the carbo area. It is rubber backed and fairly thick and I suspect that also helps with absorption and sound transmission.
I'd use Dyanmat Extreme or something similar as opposed to the versions that more closely resemble tar paper.
Good luck,
Phil
