Best price/source for front rotors?
Just wondering what the latest deals are.. Warped mine a couple weeks ago.. then realized why when i removed my wheels to switch for autocross... the rotors are shot!
Anyone bought them recently? What brand, and vendor is best and cheapest? Thanks.

There was a GB on the 928 board for Zimmerman x-drilled, I haven't been able to find it (didn't look very hard either) to see if there are good prices on the 944/951 stuff.

I got great prices on all my front brake needs from Paragon... stock rotors (zimmerman), Hawk pads, DOT SS lines, even front rebuilt calipers with no core charge.
When you get them, make sure to paint the rotor hats before installing... they'll look so much nicer 12 months down the road!

I recently went with stock rotors (not cross-drilled or anything) since my impression from past threads was that there was not a major advantage of x-drilled rotors.
I went the 'be patient on eBay' route, and got a pair late-offset rotors (which cost more) on eBay for about $60 shipped.

I personally wouldn't recomend drilled rotors for the street (although i see you mentioned autocross).. After time the holes CAN cause cracks in the rotors. (depends on the quality of the work done obviously.)
I picked up a set of slotted rotors (powerslot) and hawk pads for about 200 bucksCDN.. I've yet to install them, but they look like a good beefy rotor. (found at lordco here, i'm not sure who'd carry them in the usa, or the rest of Canada)

I see some powerslots.. you say they look good? They were about the same price as stock zimmermans. Regardless anything will probably last me forever. I only drive like 10k miles a year.
