This one has me stumped. The driver side foglight on my US spec 944S2 won't come on. I checked the bulb and tried replacing it, but no go. Took the assembly out and the ground is connected.

The passenger side unit works great, so I guess it shouldn't be a fuse?

Good thing they don't check foglights at the TüV annual inspection!

Theres a connector outside of the housing. Look up behind the bumper. I can take a pic of it if you want, its a round tube shaped one like the headlight connectors that are on the back of the headlight housings.

Tried a different bulb?

Yes, I've tried with a fresh bulb and no go. The passenger side unit works perfectly, so it shouldn't be the switch. Thanks again.
