Question Visual identification of sodium-filled valves (951)

Ok, so my brother's car is just a few days away from hitting the road again and I want to get my dad's 951 finished next. The previous previous owner blew a t-belt and had the head rebuilt, bought the HG set and then lost interest. The PO bought it and also lost interest, so now we have an 86 951 in peices........

The head looks really nice, but they did not replace all the valves - just the bent ones. One of them has a depression in the middle of it, the other three are smooth - does this mean anything, or did they just change the design? I will walk out there and take a pic so you can see, but I wanted to go ahead and throw the question out there.......

Ya know, for $20 you can replace that nasty looking intake valve with one that won't have hot spots and burn at the earliest opportunity.
