New crush washer for OPRV?

Well, that will have to wait then. The belts only have about 10k miles on them so I don't want to pull those off until I redo the whole engine. I don't have PS anyway so that wouldn't be a problem.

Other than that, the OPRV and sending unit are screwed into the same peice of metal. Sending unit is just two wires and then the whole thing unscrews from the oil cooler housing. The OPRV is underneath a plug - 17 or 19mm IIRC, just falls right out. Check it for burrs or rough spots, reinstall - if you don't pull the oil cooler housing there is no reason to even think about having to align it.
Sounds simple enough. I'm assuming a new sending unit will come with the appropriate crush washer, but do you know the proper size for the OPRV one?
