Edit: See post 7.

I've got an extra air dam for a 944na, it's ugly but only cracked in one spot, you can see it in the lower left of the picture. Somebody painted the bottom of it flat black and that paint is flaking off pretty bad. What's something like this worth? What's the best way to ship it? Is it oversized for USPS, UPS, FedEx?

I have a potential buyer, just no idea what it is worth.

It's only worth what someone's willing to pay. I'll give you $20.

I checked eBay but there's a fairly low number of them sold so I thought I'd get a better number here. Looks like about $35-$40 to ship, with varying selling prices depending on vacation.

If somebody wants a laugh search "944 spoiler" in eBay stores. How the heck would you mount some of those things to the glass?

$35 to $40 to ship is right.
I'm looking at some on Ebay to replace mine.

Has anyone successfully packaged a valence in a package under 108 inches total?
Looks like it's too big unless there is some clever way to fold it without breaking it.

Shipping gets expensive if it is an oversize package.

Yea that's what I figured. I still have a fiberglass valence for under the rear bumper - I had a few interested buyers but I ran into the large package issue which made it impractical to ship.....

Shrink wrap the sucker. I've shipped 4 this way with no problems.
