Default 997 brakes

I can get an amazing deal on 997 C4 front brakes(calipers and rotors). I was wondering if it is possible to run these brakes with the 993 adapter. The only problem I can forsee is that the C4 rotors are 300mm as opposed to the 320mm 993tt rotors. I also have access to a machine shop at my school so I could possibly design an adapter on CAD and then have it built at my school. Also I have an 86 944 Turbo.

I am sure they can be made to fit, but it will not be easy. The biggest hurdle will be the rotors. Your early offset car would need custom rotors to run pistons from the 997. They can be made but odds are not worth the expence. You are right that a custom adaptor would be required as well.
