Loud clicking noise

Default Loud clicking noise
This started about two weeks ago but wasn't too loud and i assumed it was the lifters. Unfortunately it has only gotten worse now and can be heard outside the car even at idle. It's coming from the passenger side of the engine bay and it seems to be around the camshaft housing. I have no idea what it is and would really appreciate some help!

Oh and i've also noticed a significant loss in power.....damnit

If it gets louder with RPMs, you might have spun a rod bearing. Any loose in oil pressure?
