As for the GT being junk - are you referring to the Porsche C-GT, or the Ford GT? Either one is NOT junk. Granted, there were suspension issues with early Ford GT's, but that's been fixed.

What, pray tell, do you drive, that gives you such an expert knowledge of these exotic cars, and alllows you to deem them to be junk and weak?

hahahah, sorry i didnt mean to offend anyone by saying that the ford GT is junk (i would never say that about the CGT). The reason i say this is.. have you sat in one? Its like a retro/modern not so super car interior. I HATE the seats, and come on, the engine is like 10 year old!! Its just a little reworked from the engine off the lightening.... which is a truck (for all the people that dont know). Yes you can slap a blower on any engine and make the car "fast." The looks are ok, but its not enough for me... so i would not want one. Oh and the doors... mean you cant park next to anyone (note top gear).

As for the baby lambo, I'm not saying it IS weak (power wise), it just looks weak next to its big brother. if i had the money.. yea, maybe i would take both, but really i would go for the lambo doors and the exclusivity that the big brother has.

oh and for the record this is what i drive:

that was me at the beaverun time attack. I track my car (or used to before the 944) and do all the work on it myself. It's no "civic" nor do i claim to be fast (in a straight line) but i can get though turns pretty quick

Ok - I see you drive a WRX / STi. Nice - you can play on the racetrack, and pick up groceries on the way home... AND if you want to stop for a little picnic, I see that you have the picnic table rear spoiler option as well.

Just messin' with you - my DD is a '95 Legacy with 185,000 on the clock. Most reliable car I've owned. May upgrade to a WRX soon...

haha, no hard feelings yes, i love the subaru as a Daily driver/track car/picnic table/park bench.... Actually the wing has just been traded for a wingless trunk

Still, the 944 rocks the STi handling wise on the track (its not as fast though, oh well ).

DAMN! 185K!!!! wow, that says something about reliability!

I got a good look at the Ford GT at Bimmerfest this year. That car is VERY well built. The frame was all tubing construction. Almost all parts were easily accessible and the design was very straight forward. It is a shame the rest of the company is going to hell in a handbasket.

(thats in the Honduh mr $200 minimum order, we must keep 944 parts prices up.)

yea, right z06 0-60=4 ford gt=3.3
the z06 is a plasticy piece of shat compared to a gt.
(not saying the z06 isnt awsome, just saying gt is WAYY better)

have fun finding a m3gtr, also finding one that is u.s. legal, but props to you if you can find one.

Exactly. You could make the Z06 faster, it's easier to get in and out of, and rides better. The GT is going to garner more attention, which isn't always a good thing.

The "Blue Devil" Vette got the go ahead for 08 or 09. 650hp.
