Nope on the sunroof sensor. I've got a switch but I pulled it from my car because I don't think it was working

How do you get to that piece while in the car? I understand this needs to be messed with to make the thing go up all the way. But, do you have to remove the headliner to get to it...?

It is a pretty big pain to get to. You have to remove both visors and the big cover that goes across then the sunroof and the car side seal. Then you have to unscrew that central switch housing and pry at the vinyl headliner to unconnect it and fish it out. Installation is the reverse

Then, how do people press on it while driving, etc...? There was a thread a year or so ago about this & how thet lid wouldn't raise all the way & how all you had to do was reach up & press on it, but I don't see how this is possible w/the headliner off.....?

There is a micro switch in the housing and then a flap that presses on it which in turn is pressed by the black tongue like thing that comes out of the front of the sunroof. The sunroof will raise until that micro switch is no longer pressed down. When things are out of adjustment you might have to reach up and manually press down the tongue or the flap underneath. Seems like I am describing something dirty here

If I send you a pic of the frontal area, could you mark the point for me, where I'm supposed to press...? On the SR I mean...

I'd like an ignition switch assembly if it's available..-don't need the lock parts, just the switch, unless it's too much bovva to separate...
