Default Homelink?

Anybody tried adding a homelink module to a 944? I did a search but didn't find anything. I have an older garage door opener that I can't find a transmitter for, but I know homelink will work because the homelink in my 2004 Ford works on it.

I put Homelink in my BMW -- but needed the original garage door opener to program it. You can buy a replacement receiver/remote system at Sears/OSH. It wires into any existing power door.

try here: http://www.aaaremotes.com/
or here: http://www.aclickawayremotes.com/

You should be able to find a replacement remote based on the model/vintage of the door opener.
