I attended the SSCM this year helping the Swedish car magazine Automobil handing out free magazines and giving passenger rides on the track in their 968 track street/car.

I saw the 'Swedish Sports Car' title and laughed. I just saw one of those Saab Sonnetts? this morning. It actually sounded cool with it's 1" tailpipe and was in very good shape. Those things really had high ground clearance compared with most sports cars. I haven't actually seen one in years on the road until today.

 

There were a few Sonetts and other old Saabs racing, with 230 race cars in 13 classes there is a lot to be seen.
