Default TSB and Recall notice for fuel line

I've searched threads trying to find the identification numbers for the TSB and recall notice for the small fuel line that causes engine fires. Seems the local Porsche dealer can't find the documentation for me and I understand that this is a freebie the first time. Thanks.

When I went in to check on mine, they said that mine was never affected by the recall.

I think they were just trying to be cheap.

The NHTSA recall number was 90V061000, I believe it only affected 85.5 - 88 944, turbo, 944s, 924s

There's a bunch of places on the web where you can type in your VIN and see recalls that affect your car.

porsche sells a kit for it, its just enough to reach in your wheelhouse, you have to remove your liner and do it in there, i did mine when i first bought it, found it was smelling about the 2nd week i had it. there is a real neat compression fitting that goes with it too, any good dealer would know what you were talking about when you call.
