Default Dash Warning Lights on w/ key off

Car sat in the garage for a couple of weeks and the battery went dead which is unusual as battery will stay charged all winter in storage.
Removed the battery for re charge, re installed and now w/o the key in the ignition all of the dash warning lights are on and the key chime is ringing.

Any ideas to solve will be appreciated.

My .02 worth.. sounds like the the ignition lock cylinder is in the #1 position instead of "OFF"

As the lock cylinders / ignition ages they get a little sloppy. Put the key in and turn the car off- then remove the key- see if this helps.
