help putting crank bolt and PS pulley back on
ok, after my head job i am putting the crank bolt and PS pulley back on. the pulley kinda spun freely so i know i did it wrong, so i pulled out the Haynes, no help, i went on Clarks's and read this-
If the crankshaft bolt was removed, perform the following:
Using ENG-03, Install the flywheel lock.
Ensure the crankshaft timing gear, balance shaft belt gear, and alternator/AC compressor pulley are installed.
Install the crankshaft bolt and torque to 210 Nm or 155 ft-lbs.
If equipped, install the power steering pulley. Tension the pulley mounting bolts to 13 Nm (9.5 ft-lbs).
Remove the flywheel lock.
Well thats not helping me, i have a bolt an 'acorned' shape washer and a pulley- crudly this is how i put it on
[==== |> 'pully' into crank
so i have the bolt going through the 'washer' with the bolt on the flat end pushing the PS pulley to the crank. Clark says i put the crank bolt in then the ps pulley?
What am i missing?
Thanks

I've messed up that part before. Go see the pics in this thread: https://rennlist.com/forums/924-931-944-951-968-forum/256181-help-with-the-ballance-drive-gear.html

Make sure you center the pulley as well. If you torque the crank bolt down with the pulley off center, you're going to have oil pressure issues.
