Thanks again for all the kind words.

Anthony, if you pay for my tuition & interest over the next four years, I'll give you the 968 AND I'll be your doctor for free! I just can't promise you that I'll be back in the tri-state area afterwards!

It's good to hear from you Jon. Autocrossing may still be possible if I share my friend's 924S that is slowly falling apart! Then there's mom's Landcruiser... I wonder how I'd fare with that in the X-Class...

Steve, sorry I can't part with the rootwood shifter - but make me an offer for the 968 via email if you're interested and we can talk it over.

My hats off to Smuck for actually having a coconut with enough brainpower to post a reasonable for sale thread with all the pertenant information on all major parts of the car along with money spent and jesus, I know this is gonna floor people, photos of the car hes selling. Yeah, you see, photos and stuff are what the pros calls visual aids. They help promote the item you are selling and ****. Its nice touch, especially when they werent taken from a distance of 1400 yards behind a grassy knoll.

I get sick and tired of cupcakes on here posting cars for sale that goes a little something like this:

"FS 85.5 944 good condition $5900 OBO. Would liked to sell this week. Let me know. Thanks."

I nominate Smuck to be the Rennlist For Sale Night Watchman. Any bull**** half-*** for sale thread thats started should be at his discretion to torch and burn.

yeah its a good thing u werent paying by the line! but how are people supposed to know exatly what they are buying?

ive sold autos, and i can say its been a pain in the *** everytime! theres always that one guy whose a complete *******, no matter what it is. but u got ur bases covered!

when i sell a vehicle i tell the new owner the cars life story, they dont bother to listen, something happens -BAM- and im the dirties mf'er around.

so i agree with udpride -nice 930 btw- hats off to ya

Man are you gonna regret letting this one go! Beautiful car. I'll be in the market in a couple of years, but this is too soon. Good luck!

Chris,
This doesn't have to do with the fact that I was about 5 seconds faster than you at the last autocross, does it?!?

Having seen the car in person a couple of times, I can say it is truly one of the cleanest 968's out there. Good luck with the sale... ( & too bad I put $$ into my suspension this winter!!)
